What You'll do
You will support the process of hiring talent by sourcing the best candidates from multiple channels, engaging with candidates to solicit applications and screening applications to provide quality long-lists.
We are looking for new colleagues to support sourcing into predominately Technology department, with additional support for Sales, Delivery, HR and Finance.
You’ll be joining a friendly and supportive team, with plenty of scope to develop your career.
Responsibilities will include:
• Partner with Hiring Managers to take detailed briefs on role requirements, contributing knowledge and best practice to add value to discussions
• Proactively source (identify) passive candidates utilising a broad range of channels and techniques
• Develop your own network of sector-specific candidates and utilise networking skills to identify and engage with talented candidates
• Manage job board advertising or career-site postings, ensuring adverts are compelling and accurate and positioned for maximum effectiveness
• Engage, screen and qualify internal and external candidates to determine suitability and obtain required information in order to create long-lists
• You will be joining us with a solid level of tech recruiting expertise.
What we Need from You
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate about candidate and client experience
- Excellent Microsoft office skills
- Ability to work in a target driven environment.
Desired Criteria:
• An experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter with experience using Boolean searching and specialist techniques to source candidates through active and passive channels
• Experienced within Tech recruiting, a genuine interest in building a recruiting career within the tech space would be an advantage
• Proven success in utilising social networking sites to successfully source candidates
• Experience of working with recruitment systems, and maintaining a high level of data integrity
• Demonstrable recruitment experience within the technology sector.
