September 9th, 2020, UK – as an innovative, technologically progressive, consulting digital services and software business, ids delivers sophisticated Quality Engineering solutions, involving Automated Dashboards and reports driven from Automated Traceability with Test Automation. Until now, we’ve been successful using open source solutions. However, our fantastic customer base has been asking questions about using licenced products that feature more robust integrations. So, we needed to find a suite of tools which supports the management information as well as being capable of implementing technical testing solutions.  

We Needed Tooling To Pull It All Together

Through our Gartner partnership, we were introduced to David “Dusty” Binns who described how Tricentis is looking to build its partner network through regional SI’s. After further discussions, it became clear that we were a great fit for one another and so embarked on setting ids up as a regional SI.
