What do you do at Intelligent Delivery Solutions Group?
Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer. I oversee HR, Sales, Marketing, Recruitment and Procurement for the business.
What is your favourite part of the job?
Interacting with people both within Intelligent Delivery Solutions and our customers, constantly learning and hopefully solving / overcoming problems with solutions.
What would surprise people to know about you?
I was on Come Dine With Me – please don’t judge there is a lot of editing!
What is your favourite tech or testing phrase, and why?
They are many too many words in Tech, Automation, Performance, and of course testing in general to choose from – because I am and everyone in the business is passionate about it!
If we were to describe your real passions and absolute dislikes in one sentence – what would that sentence be?
Passions: Wine, good food, exercise, testing
Dislikes: A reluctance to challenge the status quo – human nature can be against change, yet we need it to survive
What was the last thing you played on Spotify?
I am more of a Radio 2 guy!

The people within our business and their ability to always want to improve not just themselves, but also pass on their knowledge and skills to other within the team. I am learning more and more from the people within the business and that is just one of the many things I love about working in the Intelligent Delivery Solutions Group.
